Staying strong.
The other day I was out for a ride to clear my head. Lots of things going on in my life right now. I stopped for a powerbar and some water at a coered picnic table. Another man much older than me (I'm 56) stopped there for a break as well. We talked for a minute and I found out that he is 82 years old and training for the Senior Olympics. He does 30 miles twice a week so he can keep a 15 mph average. He says that should get him in the medals in his age group. WOW and I though pulling a 17-18 mph for me was doing something good. Never know who your going to meet on the bike path.
