So it's possible it's not Infinity Tange tubing? That's a bummer. Thought all those made in Japan have it? It is possible but as I said Bianchi just say Tange tubing and does not always specify grade. There are several levels of tange tubing and lots of a companies use proprietary tubing custome made for them. Bianchi does that alot.

Looking around the internet on descriptions, am also suspecting an 87.

My brakes are nutted correct? Your brakes are recessed.

Good to know some of the components still hold some clue for this one. PO said he replaced the RD because the old one broke.
