That's from a time when Barracuda were a good brand. If it fits and you are happy with the price, then go for it.
For the spec of the bike, it's hard to see from the side shown, but the forks look to be either Manitou 3 or 4, if these aren't working, anticipate replacement, as spares have been non-existant for years
