About to move to Griffith, Indiana (Lake Michigan area) Just thought I'd let myself be known.
My mom and dad lived in Griffith from 1973 to 2009. There is a great bicycle trail that runs right through Griffith, from Highland to Crown Point. It's the Erie Lackawanna. There is also a trail that starts in Griffith and goes to Hobart. Except for the broken beer bottles on a section in Gary we enjoyed it too. Both trails are paved.
