You can do better for $325 and I'm a fan of Peugeot bikes. It has Mafac brakes (not Mavic) and while I can't be certain about the derailleurs from the pics, they seem to be fairly standard issue simplex. Nothing wrong with this bike bit I don't think it is worth $325.
