the 111 is actually 110.5, and they also make a standard production 105. One or the other of those might work. They are also a small, super cool company, and might be able to make you a 108 if you ask them real nice.
I just checked Phil's website and it appears that they do make a 108 mm version as well as every increment lower and higher than that. Also, I've replaced my wheel set with an IRO set from my factory no name set. The rear spacing is 126 mm which I think is important when trying to calculate chainline.
