pantywads?! LMFAO!! Thats awsome. I personally only ride my road bike when its nice (that includes cycling shorts,helmet, and an athletic tee) but that doesn't mean I dont ride during not so ideal weather, I just take the mtb instead(I dont wear cycling clothes with the mtb). Usually this is cause I ride longer distances with the road bike than I will on the mtb. I am probably guilty of riding on low air pressure in my tires tho.
