Fifteen weeks since I started WW and posted the OP: Another 1.2 pounds lost this week, still losing at the rate of 1.6 pounds per week! Total weight loss is now 25.4 pounds. My blood pressure this morning 110 over 65 with an RHR of 45. Thanks Weight Watchers, Bicycling and Walking!
I made a mistake, it's actually 16 weeks . . . . I'm still jazzed with how successful WW is!
