Novara Fusion Rear Wheel Removal

I recently got a new 2009 Novara Fusion, the REI store had it in back and forgot it was there until the last sale last month. It was a deal I couldn't refuse. But just before or right after I got it I was doing some research and found that rear wheel removal was not a trivial task. I read some where that practicing removing the wheel was a good idea before needing to do a repair on the road. I thought I saw a reference to a video with instructions, but for the life of me I can't find it now. Does anyone know if there is such a video or am I imagining that I saw that??? A written set of instructions would be helpful if no video is available. The Novara user manual says rear wheel removal should only be done by a trained technician. That doesn't sound like an ideal situation for a commuter bike, luckily I am only commuting 6 miles round trip. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

==>Eric
