You'll probably be fine. Keep an eye on how true they stay, and every once in a while, look closely for cracks where the spokes meet the rim.
But, like I said, you should be alright. I had fewer spokes when I was almost that heavy. Over in the Clydesdale/Athena subforum, you'll find out what people ride when they're over 400 pounds.
