I know they are pretty bad this year..... I think it is the worst I have seen them in the last 6 or 7 years (in my area anyway). Went to Gainesville last week (about 35 miles from here), got to town and had to buy something to clean them off of the windshield before I could drive back home. Got home and had to clean them off again. I don't think I have actually tasted one while out riding yet (knock on wood). But as bad as they smell when you clean them off your car, I bet they taste even worse... ahhhh.... Last Sunday they were pretty heavy at the parking lot to the trail... but out on the trail they weren't bad at all..... Hope its the same way tomorrow....
