Flip flop hubs use single speed freewheels that are threaded onto the the non-fixed side, so your cassette is a NOP. Remove the single speed freewheel, find a 5-, 6-, or 7-speed freewheel, and see if that fits. If it doesn't, find a new rear wheel.
