For what it's worth, the Park clamp on the 10 is really well designed: Easy to clamp and adjust with one hand, virtually fool proof as far as over-tightening (you'd really have to be absolutely un-thinking and clueless to over clamp something and even then, I really wonder if you could damage something with the clamp), plus just the shape of the clamp jaw and padding just seem to make it impossible to damage, for instance, a carbon fiber seat post. It's super easy to use on most top and seat tubes too.

I don't know about the other brand, but if there's any question on how well the clamp may work, I frankly can't think of an improvement you could make on the Park clamp.
