1st half century but one problem
Hello there first time posting on this side of the form but I think I'm in the right place
OK so I have my first ever actual organized ride coming up as the title implies it is a half century problem is I have a week and the longest Ihave ever ridden at one time is 18 mile....once. I do hopper roe every day 11miles on my commute I have trying to pick up the speed to build some cardio but my question is what should I expect and what should I take with me if anything special on the ride
