From the update on this story, the FAA is assessing fines of $90,000 on the Parachute Club that was running this jump. It appears in the video that she is being forced out.. And that caused the movement that made her slipped out of the harness. All the jumps I did, during insructions and in the plane, they ALWAYS asked you "do you want to jump?". If you say "no" you go to the back of the plane, none of the pushing out.. Anyway, I am glad it worked out right. IMO, if she had got hurt or killed, I think manslaughter might been an option.
