For months my wife kept on me to exercise and lose weight. So I did. Four months solid of 40-60km days and 100km+ weekends. This trimmed almost 20kg off me and made me much fitter.
Now she is the opposite. She wants me to STOP exercising because I'm too thin. Of course this would be a really bad idea...
Guess I can't win either way. I don't really care much, I need my fix every morning and I choose to commute/shop etc by bike. So if I end up too thin in her mind thats just too bad, Thin and healthy is better.
