What do you mean by better? The Vittoria is a fairly wide and soft riding tire as I recall, you want something wider and softer? Speed, weight is no consideration? I might look at Schwalbe Marathons or Michelin World Tour. The Gatorskins and Bontragers are fairly "hard" in comparison, no tread.
