First Long Single Bike Ride of the Year this Saturday!

Well, long is a relative term. I'm heading up to Santa Rosa, CA for a 100K/5500' metric this Saturday. Haven't done a ride that long on my single this year and haven't really ridden the single that much. This is a "Solidarity Ride" to commemorate Volagi's court sort-of-victory over "evil" Specialized. I may be the only one doing a meager 100K, but the Century has 8000' of climbing, more than I want to hazard until I figure out this single bike climbing thing. Even at only 100K, however, pie or facsimile thereof will be in the offing.

The weather looks good and the countryside is pleasant. Hope everyone has an enjoyable ride planned for this weekend.
