I eat a little bit of food in the middle of 2 hrs ride, just so I won't feel too hungry afterward. Any ride longer than that I would eat regularly (very small quantity) every 30 to 45 mins.

Forgot to mention that I'm a Clydesdale... tipping the scales at 320lbs; if that changes anything.
