I bought a Casseroll last month, got the complete build with some minor modifications. Got 28mm tires instead of 32, stayed with the 48-38-26 triple but swapped the 11-25 for an 11-34. For the nasty hills I like to ride and the shape I'm in, I love my low gears, others probably wouldn't want that, but for me, it is great. Except for the saddle I am quite happy, I'll swap it out soon.
