Good luck with the weight loss. I would suggest keeping a food log it can be as detailed or as simple as you want. Just remember to include Calories, Fat, Carb & Protien. After keeping a food log you might notice that you are a. not getting enough calories which means your body is going to turn down the metabolism rate or b. You might still be eating to many calories. I found this website and it might help you it has some good info on it. http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Index.html It has a food journal that is free and it will break down exactly what you have eaten for the day.
