Butt get used to seats, get a good padded pair of shorts or a liner. I never leave home without mine! Pick up a heart rate monitor if you can. Don't worry about miles yet. Try to get your heart working in zones 3/4 for an hour. Make that a goal. If you ride 3 miles and rest for 10 minutes and then get another 3 miles in-AWESOME! pat yourself on the back. As you build your Cardio Vascular strength you will be surprised how everything else in life improves. The sore butts and sweaty rides will be badges of courage. Keep riding hardcase.
