i ended up getting this

i received and mounted it, however the spacer i have under (about 5mm) now must be changed to 3mm
that means that right now the 'top cap' is fitted, but it's 2mm higher than it was (screw less in? but thigtened, not too much)
can i bike safe even with this situation ?
