Can you lock out the front shocks? They will suck needed energy out of your body so (imo) it is best to try to lock them out.
Yup... You can lock out the front.
The fork was the only part of the bike I did not like, but when locked, the front feels just as solid as a non-suspension front, so I figured it would do.
