Today is a vacation day from work (I'm a preschool teacher and work M-F 8hrs day all year round+ have two of my own children at home ages 7and 17) I went for early morning bike ride in my neighborhood. It was overcast but pleasantly cool, birds singing, just a few joggers out. Apparently I live in a fairly exercise conscience community. Maybe some of this will rub off on me. I went over my bike ride plan with my hubby before he left for work, I'm trying to get in shape for upcoming 40 mile family ride in August! Wednesday hubby plans on taking me on a new route with varies hills, gradual, steep, small bumps, also adding more mileage. I'm just going to go with my saying, slow and steady wins the race, I just hope it's not closed when I get done!
