If you can afford any of the three, then test ride all of them. Disc brakes make more sense if you ride in the snow or hills when it's wet out, otherwise they are just a personal preference item. You didn't disclose your location, but if you any inkling that you may end up riding in the snow/ice someday, you'll want something that can handle wider tires.
