I did it a few years ago and it is very flat. The only hills I remember were at mile 67 and mile 80, the other hills you see on the graph average less than 50ft per mile and are more like false flats. The hill at 67 is long and will split up many groups. the one at 80 isn't that bad but by then the legs are feeling it.
