Never leave for a bike ride without putting on the chamois cream, I simply forgot! Not again! I did have a almost strange encounter while on my ride today. I almost collided with a cat that was being chased by a chicken!
Usually around this area you watch out for deer.
All was not wasted I did complete two rounds of the three loops I had planned to do today(about 4.8 miles) And I tried as my hubby suggested to get low in the saddle to pick up speed. It feels different but I could tell I was gaining. I've also learned how to turn corners at a faster rate and not feel as if I'll fall over.
