Sorry to hear of the injuries. The great thing about this forum is that we can all relate to the weight loss needs. It sounds like you're being smart and taking it easy, following the doc's suggestions. Time will pass quickly and you'll be back on the bike in no time. And, IMHO, running is evil anyway!
