I live in South Whittier and I'll be doing a Whittier Hills ride this Sat. morning (07/21) if you'd like to join me. There are a couple of alternate ways to the top of Turnbull that are more interesting than the main road (but still on-road).
Plus I'll be doing East / West, Colima, Old Fullerton / Pathfinder / maybe Brea Canyon and whatever else in that general area.
