It sounds like insoles is something I should try. My very trusted lbs guy said to wait for it to get cooler because since the heat wave he's been hearing a lot of foot complaints. If that doesn't help then he said to come in to talk about it.
Im going to try some insoles thought for sure. It was 66 and rainy on tonight's ride and it was still a problem.
