I don't know about the head angles on Michael's Olympia or on my former Atala Competizione. The Olympia is an extremely nimble and responsive bike. That picture was taken from slightly farther behind, which could make it look slacker than the Atala.
It could very well be the angle of the photo, but since you pointed the bike out as
aixaix's Olympia, I remembered that mine has a pretty shallow head tube when compared to all my other bikes. I figured I was seeing a traditional thing.
I built the Atala mostly of spare parts. See if you can see something quirky on it. You'll see it if you look long enough.
Is that a high-flange front wheel and low-flange back? Or are you speaking of the sidepulls with the cable anchor/QR on the "wrong" side?
Looks like a little bit of
drillium on the non-driveside brake lever, too
