Your saddle while clean looking, looks like one I would not enjoy riding on.. I personally get around the pain by selecting my saddles for the most part from ones I know work for me (from trial and error) and wearing spandex shorts under whatever pants/shorts I'm cycling in.. have you looked at any ergonomic saddles?
