If I found that bike for $650, I'd snatch it up too.
BTW, you might want to reconcider the out-of-phase cranks. Riding off road sometimes requires you to possition you pedals to miss rocks, logs, etc, and not having the stoker's cranks in the same possition as the captains, would seem to cause problems.
