Looks like a Gary Fisher Mullet if anything. Although it looks like someone repainted it/swapped the frame and tried to make it match.
Pretty sure it's not a Mullet. The Mullet started as a BMX bike, then was remade into a Mountain Bike (jump bike) and it has this rising, thick thing connecting the top tube and the seat tube. The above frame is a standard frame.
It's very well possible this is some sort of frankenbike but I would lean toward this being a Ferrous with some components having been switched out.
