thanks for the reply, I believe the bike shops have done most of this, they've certainly given it a good go. Wondering if a replacement, more up to date handle bar post might do the trick on the front as I noticed its very different on the new models.
Thanks for the info though, I will go over the bits you've said and see if it makes a difference.
