My first post. My name is Cameron. I am an expat living in Heidelberg, Germany.Got into biking about a year ago as a way to try and drop some weight. My conditioning is improving, and I am up to biking about 100 - 150 km a week, on my trusty cross-bike, which at least stops me from putting on the Kgs (i put it down to the good German beer
