I am trying to figure out what else to add and adjust to make it more rider friendly.
Change out that fork, hopefully it's 1 1/8" threadless, and put on a different stem. Tires already look somewhat smooth.

How much does the bike weigh? If you have a bathroom scale, weigh yourself first, then weigh yourself while holding the bike, and subtract the two to find the bike's weight.

Although I'm starting to wish now I would have just left my KHS alone and put the money towards an actual road bike or flat-bar road bike.
