You know I once tried to organize a ride where the guys would ride MTB's so that the wives could hang on a 30 or so mile ride. This was after a group of guys were complaining that forum group rides were a little fast for the wives ride along. So I aksed if any would be interested in riding MTB's so the wives could hang on their roadies. Just about every one of them had a problem with it. What's up with that? Like it's a sin to do a road ride on MTB's or hybrids.
When I get in form, I ride my MTB with knobbies to even the odds with Gina on her roadie, actually fun and I'm looking to get another hybrid sometime in the near future!
