Froome did well not to lose any time. Is he tired from the Tour or did we sort of exaggerate his climbing ability simply because he was being compared to Wiggins? I'm looking forward to seeing the longer climb tomorrow, even if it may not be steep enough to make a difference.
Like Wiggins, Froome's strength in climbing is time trialing not a constant change of pace. That is the way he & the team that went to the TDF trained all year. But, he still beat Contador for 3rd & a time bonus.
