One other thing.
AFAIK those ergo grips are meant to ´point´slightly above horizontal, towards the rider. At the moment, they´re at about 4 o´clock, as you look at ´em in the photo. Try loosening them off and moving them to about a 2 or half past 2 o´clock position.
Of course they maight be perfectly comfy as is, in which case, disregard everything I said.
