Mountain front derailleurs do not pull the same amount of cable as road derailleurs like the 105, so if you bought both shifters you would need a new front derailleur unless you buy a shifter pair specifically made for flat bar road bikes.
If you could find a deal on a complete drivetrain including the crankset, that would be optimal. What's the gearing on that crankset? A standard mountain triple is 22/32/44.

After researching I think so too, it's quite weird setup. (The frame is Bianchi Reparto Corsa 2005 anniversary edition with carbon fork)
Crankset is 30/42/52 (Campagnolo Champ triple). I was thinking of new shifters, cassette and chains from Shimano (Tiagra or 105).
I guess that crankset is ok with Shimano?
