The link you posted has the same lug cutout shape as my bike; in fact it's the same bb shell as my bike, Pinarello's "bridgeless bottom bracket shell." However, and I realize the OP's pic doesn't show much detail, the cutouts in the OP don't look at all like the Pinarello cutout to me. I think the OP is saying this as well, that the cutouts are a completely different shape.
