After finish induction I decided to make a low carb cauliflower pizza as a cheat day. You are supposed to bake the crust for fifteen minutes then add the toppings and finish baking. Unfortunately the crust stuck to the pizza pan so it was a no-go. My whole house smells like a pizzeria. The crust did taste pretty darn good. Luckily I had a recipe for carb free fried chicken which turned out FANTASTIC!
Anyone else on the Atkins diet or a similar low carb diet?
