Now for hauling gas, water, groceries, spare parts, sails..... and the usual stuff you will run intop. get a Burley Travoy trailer ...
If you just get into town to buy some bread and various small parts a backpack is the way to go. Question id if you are cruising or sail out of one marina... A dockbox is a good place if you are staying in one place... but you know that of course ...
