If the rim runs round , judging by the way it passes the brake pads ,
neither rising or falling in relationship to the pads.

then the issue may be the Tire, or the mounting of it,

or you feel the imbalance of a big relatively heavy spoke mounted reflector.

probably just a conversation , on the topic, blind guesses are the best Offering.. from way out here..


you got a warrantee statement when you got the bike ?

Perhaps the dealer will replace or rebuild the wheel IDK.
