Sounds like there was lot's of energy in that crash. From the post, I assume you're not toast. Did you really get off with nothing more than some road rash?

Given the extent of damage I'd consider both the frame and fork toast. There are places that can repair or retube carbon frames, but I'd be concerned about unseen damage elsewhere.

You probably can transfer most of the parts so no reason to give up the Chorus drive train, otherwise you're looking at an upgrade(?) to 11s. Good salesmanship BTW- promoting this as a health device right after a decent crash. I don't disagree with premise, but it's a good sell under the immediate circumstances.
