Concerning the wider handlebar, you might just want to ride with the narrow one and see if you can get used to it. My Giro 20 has Bacchetta's wide bar and it is really wide. Narrow bridges on MUPs can be a bit tight when the trail is crowded. I have the narrow bar on my Strada and it is much easier to deal with, makes the bike look more svelte also. I've just ordered a narrow one for my Giro. BTW, I'm a big guy, 6'2" 240 lbs, and I can ride the narrow bar just fine, took about 40 miles to get used to it.
