No, the best part was seeing Dan looking good little more than two months after that nasty Diablo crash. The next best part was Curtis and Dan taking turns babysitting my slow self up the hills - thanks, guys. (Dan let me pace him on some of the flatter parts of the return - I thnk he was trying to boost me ego.) And the final 25 miles of more or less non-stop downhill back into Livermore wasn't bad either.
Simply a great ride and a great day.
