I am using the one that came in my Trek 1000c but I also have a System EX Suspension seatpost for my Mountain Bike that I like a lot! I broke my tailbone playing Hockey a few years ago and this seatpost helps a lot. it takes the sting out of the unseen pot holes that we would rather not hit.
